Payment & cancellation

  • 25% deposit on booking; the balance is due eight weeks before arrival
  • Booking changes and cancellations must be sent to us by email; the policy follows villa local time
  • For all cancellations, the deposit paid on booking is non-refundable
  • Cancellation less than 60 days before arrival, or a no-show: the full reservation amount is due
